1. About BrickTracker

BrickTracker is an independent online platform that helps users discover LEGO sets, compare public offers from third-party shops, follow price history, create wishlists, manage a personal collection and receive deal or stock alerts.

BrickTracker does not sell LEGO sets or other products directly. When you click through to a shop, any purchase is made between you and that shop. The shop is responsible for its own offer, checkout, payment, delivery, returns, warranty and customer service.

2. Accounts and user features

You may need an account to use features such as collection tracking, wishlists, price alerts, saved preferences or QR scanning. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account.

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• You must not access another person’s account or attempt to bypass security measures.
• We may suspend or restrict accounts that misuse the platform, damage the service or violate these terms.

You can contact us if you want help with account access or deletion. Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

3. Prices, offers, stock and product information

BrickTracker collects, imports, displays or links to pricing, availability, product details, discounts, shipping indications and historical price information from third-party sources. We try to keep this information useful, but it may be delayed, incomplete, incorrect, cached, unavailable or changed by a shop without notice.

The final price, delivery cost, stock status, product version, discount, tax treatment, currency, availability and terms shown by the relevant shop at checkout always take priority over information shown on BrickTracker.

• We do not guarantee that a displayed price is current, complete or error-free.
• We do not guarantee that a product shown as available can actually be ordered.
• We do not guarantee that price alerts, “lowest price”, “lowest ever”, discount badges or historical charts are complete or perfectly accurate.
• We may correct, remove or update product and price information at any time.

4. Third-party shops, orders, non-delivery and returns

BrickTracker links to shops and other third-party websites. Those websites are controlled by their own operators and have their own terms, privacy policies, delivery rules, return rules, warranty procedures and customer support.

If you place an order with a third-party shop, your contract is with that shop and not with BrickTracker. Any issue about payment, cancellation, return, refund, missing items, damaged goods, warranty, consumer withdrawal rights, delayed delivery or non-delivery must be handled directly with the shop where you placed the order.

• We are not responsible for accepting, processing, fulfilling or cancelling orders.
• We are not responsible for shipping, customs, import charges, delivery times or non-delivery.
• We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, conformity or authenticity of products sold by third-party shops.
• We do not make promises on behalf of any shop, marketplace, brand or courier.

5. Independence, brands and trademarks

BrickTracker is an independent fan-made and collector-focused platform. We are not owned by, operated by, sponsored by, authorized by, endorsed by or officially associated with the LEGO Group, LEGO System A/S, any LEGO brand, or any shop, marketplace or retailer that may appear on the platform.

LEGO®, DUPLO®, TECHNIC®, NINJAGO® and other names, logos, product names, set names, images and trademarks belong to their respective owners. They are used only to identify products, themes, collections, shops or compatibility for informational and comparison purposes.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use BrickTracker in a lawful and respectful way. You must not use the platform in a way that harms the service, other users, shops or third parties.

• Do not scrape, crawl, copy, overload or reverse engineer the service without permission.
• Do not submit malicious code, spam, fake accounts, misleading information or abusive content.
• Do not use BrickTracker to infringe intellectual property rights or violate applicable law.
• Do not interfere with security, availability, analytics, rate limits or normal platform operation.

7. Content, data and intellectual property

The BrickTracker name, website design, platform features, software, text, graphics, layout, code and original content are owned by BrickTracker or its licensors, except where content belongs to third parties.

You may use the platform for personal, non-commercial collection and price tracking. You may not copy, republish, sell, bulk-download or commercially exploit BrickTracker content or data unless we give written permission.

Product images, names, logos and third-party data may be owned by brands, shops, licensors or other rights holders. If you believe content on BrickTracker infringes your rights, please contact us with enough detail to review the issue.

8. Service availability and changes

We aim to keep BrickTracker available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be changed, updated, suspended or discontinued, in whole or in part, at any time.

Features such as alerts, price histories, collection values, QR points, rankings and statistics are provided for convenience. They may be affected by technical issues, missing data, third-party changes, shop feed limitations or maintenance.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for intent, gross negligence, fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Subject to the above, BrickTracker is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of savings, loss of data, loss of opportunity, loss caused by reliance on inaccurate information, or issues caused by third-party shops, brands, marketplaces, payment providers, couriers, hosting providers or external websites.

BrickTracker is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the platform, data, prices, alerts, product information, stock information or third-party links will always be accurate, complete, available, secure or error-free.

10. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are intended for users in the European Union, European Economic Area and United Kingdom. If you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory rights and protections provided by the laws of your country of residence.

Where legally allowed, these terms are governed by Dutch law. Courts in the Netherlands will have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim in another country.

If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our service changes, when legal requirements change or when we need to clarify how BrickTracker works. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.

If a change is important and you have an account, we may also notify you through the website or by email where appropriate.
